This program is for writers struggling to overcome anxiety, procrastination, writer’s block and other hurdles that may prevent writers from reaching their full productivity and potential.
The first portion of the program is a guided meditation aimed at introducing easy access to flow states and the places inside the creative mind where inspiration lies.
